CEO Jan De Nys was recently interviewed for the Guide to the Best Investor, the magazine of the Flemish Federation of Investors. The title, “We have been increasing our dividend for 18 years in a row,” sets the tone for the interview in which De Nys recaps why Retail Estates is attractive to investors: “Investors are mainly attracted by our ability to pay dividends in all circumstances. They don't expect anything crazy, no exceptional capital gains on property sales. No, just stable growth and recurring income.”
