Problems Keytrade Bank with allocation of new shares following optional dividend

A number of shareholders who are clients of Keytrade Bank have informed us that they have not yet received their shares as part of the optional dividend. The bank is currently investigating the reason for this and how to remedy it as soon as possible. This problem only occurs with Keytrade Bank clients.
